Cookie policy
This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies HealthyAndTasty.ch uses, for what purpose and how you can control them. It supplements our privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Websites also use the browser's local storage (localStorage), which works in a similar way: the data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Which cookies we set
For sign-in, language and spam protection we use strictly necessary cookies. Cookies for statistics and advertising are set only if you agree – see the section “Analytics and advertising (Google)”.

What your browser stores locally
Ticked-off items on the shopping list, dismissed notices and the contents of the basket are kept in your browser's local storage. This data does not leave your device and is not read by us. It disappears when you delete website data in your browser.
Analytics and advertising (Google)
We want to know which recipes and pages are in demand and whether our advertising works. For this we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin).
These services are only loaded once you tap “Agree” in the notice at the bottom of the page. Before that, no analytics or advertising cookie is set and no connection to Google is made. If you decline, it stays that way – the website works in full.
If you agree, Google processes on our behalf: shortened IP address, pages visited, device and browser, approximate region, and events such as searches or a click on a partner shop. We do not transmit your name, your e-mail address or any health data. We use Google’s “Consent Mode”: without your consent Google receives no cookies from you.
You can change your mind at any time: at the bottom of this page and under Account → Settings. We remember your decision in the hat_analytics cookie.

YouTube videos
On individual pages we embed videos. They are only loaded once you click the preview image. Before that, no connection to YouTube is established and no YouTube cookies are set. After the click, the privacy terms of Google Ireland Limited apply.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block technically necessary cookies, you will no longer be able to sign in and the security check on forms will fail.

Legal basis
In Switzerland, storing data on your device is governed by art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act (TCA): it is permitted if you are informed about the processing and its purpose and are told that you may refuse it. This page does both. Where personal data is processed, the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) applies in addition; details are set out in the privacy policy.
